For now, the motion 4 to seal is granted provisionally. The Court will again review the propriety of sealing when evaluating the underlying motions. The TRO motion 10 and motion 12 for alternative services are taken under advisement for now given the joinder issue. But the Plaintiff must email a proposed TRO order in MS Word format by 04/23/2025.
